Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable with balcony access, but there was a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke. The service was accommodating and friendly, although there was a privacy concern with room numbers being announced aloud. The location was very quiet and clean, exceeding my expectations, but the humidity was a minor issue. The dining options were extensive, but the kitchen staff could have been friendlier.
My stay at the hotel was a mixture of positives and negatives. The rooms were very spacious and nice, which I found crucial for a comfortable trip. However, they were a bit far from the main lobby and needed some improvements in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. On the bright side, the staff around the property were friendly, but there were some issues with privacy and security due to a fence with holes. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious, which was great for a long weekend with 2 kids, but they had a musty smell. The service was excellent overall; especially Royce who worked overnight. The location was very convenient, not too far from the historic district of Savannah but still quiet. The dining options were lacking, but the hotel facilities were decent.
