My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable with balcony access, but there was a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke. The service was accommodating and friendly, although there was a privacy concern with room numbers being announced aloud. The service was excellent overall; especially Royce who worked overnight. The location was very convenient, not too far from the historic district of Savannah but still quiet.
